Labour: missing #CAC ballots will not be replaced until 21 Aug

If you have not yet received your ballot email for the hugely important election of two CAC (Conference Arrangement Committee) members, don’t panic yet.

According to Labour’s press office, the ballots are being sent out in tranches and the exercise is not yet complete. Unfortunately, according to the press office there is no schedule (!) for the sending of the ballots to be completed, so it’s not possible to say exactly when members should start to suspect a problem.

However, the party was able to provide one piece of information that may be helpful: according to the press officer, no replacement ballots will be sent out until at least 21 August so there is little point in contacting Labour HQ until then if you don’t receive your ballot promptly.

If your ballot does not arrive, make a note in your calendar to make sure you contact them promptly – there will only be 3 working weeks to go before the 8 September voting deadline.

So don’t leave it too late – and remember, vote for Seema Chandwani and Billy Hayes.
