Video: Corbyn offers May copy of #Labourmanifesto (we said he would)

Earlier today, the SKWAWKBOX revealed exclusively that Jeremy Corbyn’s response to Theresa May’s ‘save me’ plea was to offer her the Labour manifesto. A leader’s office spokesperson told this blog:

If she needs help, we’ll be happy to send her Labour’s General Election manifesto. It contains some great stuff on how a real government, with the genuine best interests of the country and its people at heart, will negotiate Brexit.

As many of her colleagues already seem to want to use it as a reference-guide for proper government anyway, we’ll be happy to present her with her own copy.

We’re sure she’ll appreciate it.

Just over an hour later, Jeremy Corbyn responded to Theresa May’s report of her G20 summit by telling her that, in response to her begging for help – she could have a copy of Labour’s manifesto:

    12/06 – may said she got them into the mess; she said she’d get them out of it.
