The report is out of date… however things are worse than the reports findings. I read another article (annoyingly I can’t remember where) where someone had extracted the relevant data from the spreadsheet which said roughly “with pathfinders at x/y/z” however since that time the pathfinders have been massively scaled back to just one JCP and the scope of the live test data has been reduced from multiple cases to just “single, newly unemployed.” So yes, its out of date and its new level should really be upgraded to “star trek; red shirt” status.
